My Top supplement Recommendations
Did you know that your body can’t produce all the nutrients it needs, even with a healthy diet? While a healthy diet is definitley a MUST and a great way to support your body, there are just some nutrients that require supplementation! First and foremost, I ALWAYS recommend a good collagen. Collagen makes up 1/3 of the protein in your body and provides the structure for tissues like cartridge, skin, tendons and ligaments. The bodies ability to produce collagen starts to decline in our 20’s, so it’s important to find a quality supplement to replace it!
