First of all I want to start out by saying, I get you.
I get that you are a tired, and overwhelmed mom looking to make herself a priority.
I get that you’ve tried every diet, workout program and “healthy habit” out there,, but can’t seem to make anything stick and you just want to feel energized and motivated again. #ivebeentheretoo
I also know that trying to figure it all out on your own can seem like a lot.
When I first started trying to eat healthier and develop a healthier lifestyle, I was focusing on what everyone else was doing or trying out the latest fad diet and wondering why I couldn’t seem to stick with it. “She” was always making it look so easy and effortless and I was still stuck in the same rut. I would repeat negative thoughts week after week wondering why I couldn’t just stick with “it”, how come “she” is so successful?, how does “she” have so much energy all day long? Does “her” diet really work that well?
