Hey mama!

First of all I want to start out by saying, I get you.

I get that you are a tired, and overwhelmed mom looking to make herself a priority. 

I get that you’ve tried every diet, workout program and “healthy habit” out there,, but can’t seem to make anything stick and you just want to feel energized and motivated again. #ivebeentheretoo

I also know that trying to figure it all out on your own can seem like a lot.

When I first started trying to eat healthier and develop a healthier lifestyle, I was focusing on what everyone else was doing or trying out the latest fad diet and wondering why I couldn’t seem to stick with it. “She” was always making it look so easy and effortless and I was still stuck in the same rut. I would repeat negative thoughts week after week wondering why I couldn’t just stick with “it”, how come “she” is so successful?, how does “she” have so much energy all day long? Does “her” diet really work that well? 

 And then I figured out the secret to building successful healthy habits.

And it wasn’t at all what I thought it would be, I’ll let you in on a few of the secrets…

Quit “dietIng” and focus on eating real, whole foods, you actually enjoy. 

Simplify your daily routine and make yourself the focus 

Find a coach who you love and can help motivate you and hold you accountable, because let’s be honest, sometimes that’s what we all need in order to really succeed. 

Notice how I didn’t mention cutting out food groups, counting or restricting calories, or working out for 60 minutes a day. It’s the complete opposite actually. 

The diet culture today has us thinking that we need to follow the latest trend in order to be successful. I used to fall into this trap too. Keto? Sure. Counting macros or calories? That has to be the answer. Paleo? Everyone else is doing it, I might as well try it too. 

I decided to take things into my own hands. I was so sick of starting and stopping a new diet every week, that I finally decided to just trust my intuition and eat what I really felt like eating. I didn’t worry about a number on the scale, I didn’t look at what everyone else was doing, I just focused on what I knew, which was eating real whole foods,


And that’s what I want for you too. I want you to establish healthy habits that fit well into your busy life, and that you actually enjoy doing. I want you to wake up feeling energized and excited to take on the day, because I know it’s possible no matter how you’re feeling right now. 

Nothing excites me more than helping busy moms make themselves a priority, develop healthy habits they love and regain their energy and I can’t wait to work with you too!

I am the definition of a homebody. If it can’t be done from home, then I don’t want to do it. If something requires me to leave my house for long periods of time, you can go ahead and count me out.  #introvertproblems

Target and Starbucks are my jam. What does a homebody do for fun? Goes for a quick target run to buy things she doesn’t really need, with an overpriced starbucks drink in hand, but I don’t care because #icedvanillalattes are life. 

I’m obsessed with the show Friends! This is a super important fact, and I have probably seen the whole series through at least 10+ times, no joke.

I am a Certified Holistic Health coach who graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Certified Breathwork Facilitator. I’ve also spent thousands of dollars working with a business coach to help fine tune my coaching skills! Did I also mention I’m currently enrolled in my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training as well?
